Warranty Process
1. Price
For every product sold, My Anh guarantees that the value of the product you choose always matches the listed price transparently.
2. Product Quality
My Anh Electric Bicycle is committed to providing consumers with genuine, inspected vehicles. Product quality is guaranteed and safe.
Every vehicle comes with a product quality warranty. If you discover that any part was replaced with a non-genuine part at the time of purchase, we offer a 1-to-1 replacement warranty.
My Anh Electric Motorbike Store Does Not Apply Warranty Coverage in the Following Cases
- Failure to provide the warranty booklet or having no registration information on the warranty system.
- Swollen, deformed batteries, or batteries with signs of burning will not be covered under warranty.
- Cases caused by natural disasters, fires, explosions; equipment parts that are damaged, scratched, or dented due to accidents.
- Arbitrarily tampering with or repairing equipment such as: controllers, motors, batteries... without the permission of the company.
- Motors, components, and equipment submerged in water leading to damage.
- Cases of abusing vehicle usage: speeding, overloading...
- All warranty conditions can be changed reasonably by the company without prior notice.
Notes
- When purchasing the vehicle, please carefully check the external appearance of the vehicle and test drive it. Listen to instructions on how to maintain the vehicle as well as how to charge the battery safely.
- Please read the user manual carefully and understand the important points to note during use. Understand proper operating procedures, ride safely, and do not lend the vehicle to anyone who lacks the capacity or proper conduct required for traffic participation under regulations.
- During the use of the vehicle, if any issues requiring warranty arise, customers should bring the vehicle and the warranty booklet to MY ANH, and do not arbitrarily repair or replace parts at shops that do not belong to the company's system.
- Old batteries when replaced will be collected by the company back to the factory to prevent environmental pollution in accordance with the law.
- For damages outside the scope and period of warranty, My Anh Electric Motorbike will still repair or replace parts with genuine components for customers, but will charge a fee based on the manufacturer's listed price if the customer agrees.
